One&Only Royal Mirage Overview

The One&Only Royal Mirage is a stylish resort set on a kilometre of private beach in the Jumeirah beach area 20 minutes outside of downtown Dubai and 40 minutes from the airport. The Royal Mirage is a spacious property consisting of 65 acres of beautifully maintained gardens and Arabian architecture.

The resort offers a choice of three types of hotel The Palace, The Arabian Court and the Residence & Spa which will each be explained in their own separate review to give you a better idea of the differences between the three. However to gain a quick idea The Palace is the largest and the original building on the property where there are numerous dining opportunities, a fitness studio, water sports centre, tennis courts, swimming pools and children´s facilities.

The Arabian Court has more exclusive accommodation than The Palace, a choice of three restaurants and two bars and then the Residence & Spa more exclusive accommodation still, one restaurant and bar and the Health and Beauty Institute. Of course wherever you stay in the resort, everything is open to you and getting around is not a problem, a short stroll up the beach in the evenings or if the temperature is not so accommodating then one of the resort taxis that buzz round the resort will be.

What makes the resort so special is its understated elegance throughout, it´s a very peaceful hotel where time passes slowly amidst its beautiful scented gardens and water features. There are also lots of little meandering corridors, paths and courtyards that take you back in time and are great for exploring. It is difficult to truly explain the look and feel of the hotel, if you are considering staying at the hotel then take a good look at some of the photos and you will understand what I´m trying to say.
